a. Physician Use Only

All peptides and related products sold by Nodex are strictly for physician use only and are not intended for:

• Direct patient self-administration
• Over-the-counter or consumer use
• Use by non-licensed medical professionals
• Veterinary use
• Food additives
• Cosmetic applications

b. Medical Professional Requirements

Our products are intended for use by licensed physicians, medical practitioners, and qualified healthcare facilities with appropriate training, medical supervision, and expertise.

c. License Verification

To purchase from Nodex, you must be a licensed medical professional or an authorized healthcare entity with valid credentials. Nodex reserves the right to:

• Request and verify medical licenses, facility credentials, and other documentation
• Refuse, cancel, or limit orders if verification is not provided or is not satisfactory
• Suspend or terminate access to services if we believe credentials are invalid, misrepresented, or used improperly

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and current.

a. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Nodex. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (without limitation) for credential verification, suspected misuse, suspected fraud, supply limitations, or compliance concerns.

b. Pricing and Payment

Prices may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We may accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and ACH (where available). You authorize Nodex (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

c. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Nodex is not responsible for delays or failures caused by carriers, customs, weather, supply chain issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title transfer upon shipment unless otherwise required by applicable law.

a. Quality Assurance

Nodex may provide certificates of analysis (“COA”) or other documentation when available. While we take reasonable steps to maintain quality controls, you acknowledge that testing results and documentation relate only to the specific batch tested.

b. Storage and Handling

Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, administration controls, and compliance with any provided specifications, applicable medical protocols, and all laws and regulations.

c. Medical Supervision

Products must be used only under appropriate medical supervision and in accordance with applicable standards of care and professional judgment. You are solely responsible for all medical decisions, protocols, and outcomes.
